This is an interview Dr. James Stoxen DC did with Master Medina at the Olimpiada Nacional Taekwondo 2011 in Toluca Mexico.
Master Medina shares that to become a champion Taekwondo athlete you must follow a daily routine of training which is about 3 hours a day 6 days a week.
Dr Stoxen served on the Medical Services Committee for this event.

Master Medina trains taekwondo athletes at the Champion Tae Kwon Do Institute.
Since 1982 The Champion Tae Kwon Do Institute has been providing instructions in TaeKwondo and Martial Arts in the Southeast community of Chicago.
